Chef Todd Sweet has been promoted to the position of assistant director of culinary at Ò×ʤ²©¹ÙÍø Hospitality Services. In this new role, Sweet will coordinate and oversee all aspects of food production at the three Ò×ʤ²©¹ÙÍø dining halls.
Sweet came to Ò×ʤ²©¹ÙÍø in 2013 to serve as executive chef at Philbook Dining Hall. He is a certified executive chef and certified culinary administrator through the American Culinary Federation. Before coming to Ò×ʤ²©¹ÙÍø, he led the kitchens of such Ò×ʤ²©¹ÙÍø culinary institutions as the Portsmouth Brewery and the Shaker Table at Canterbury Shaker Village.
