Professor Virginia Garland presented 鈥楾he Message and the Medium:听 Gender, Class and Distance Learning鈥� at the 2016 Annual conference of the Collaborative Educational Programs for the Americas (CEPA) in San Antonio, TX.听 Professor Garland also received a Leadership Certificate at the conference held October 27th and 28th.
