New poll results from the Ò×ʤ²©¹ÙÍø Survey Center show that Vermont senator Bernie Sanders has increased his lead over former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in Ò×ʤ²©¹ÙÍø. Sanders’ popularity among Democratic Primary voters continues to increase and a majority say he has the personal characteristics and qualities that a President should have. Just over half of Democratic Primary voters say they have definitely decided who they will support.
These findings are based on the latestÌýCNN/WMUR Ò×ʤ²©¹ÙÍø Primary Poll, conducted by the University of Ò×ʤ²©¹ÙÍø Survey Center.Ìý Nine hundred seventy-two (972) randomly selected Ò×ʤ²©¹ÙÍø adults were interviewed by landline and cellular telephone between January 13 and January 18, 2016.Ìý The margin of sampling error is +/- 3.1 percent for the entire sample.Ìý Included were four hundred thirteen (413) likely 2016 Republican Primary voters (MSE = +/-4.8 percentage points), and four hundred twenty (420) likely 2016 Democratic Primary voters (MSE = +/-4.8 percentage points).
