Submitting Your REAP Application

The online submission portal for REAP applications is now closed.

A complete Research Experience and Apprenticeship Program (REAP) application includes all of the items listed below. 

All parts of the application 鈥 including the required 易胜博官网 Faculty Letter of Recommendation 鈥 must be submitted by the application deadline.  The student applicant will be responsible for uploading all but the 易胜博官网 Faculty Recommendation to the online application portal. *Note: The Fall Semester Course Instructor Nomination, submitted at least one month before the application due date, does not need to be submitted a second time with the application.

  1. Application Intake Form:  To be completed by the student through the online application portal
  2. Apprenticeship Proposal:  See Proposal Requirements  in the Application Guidelines.  Save as a PDF to be uploaded to the online application portal.  Use this naming format: StudentLastname_StudentFirstname_REAP_Proposal
  3. Budget:  Review the Budget Instructions, then complete and save the fillable Budget form as a PDF to be uploaded to the online application portal. Use this naming format: StudentLastname_StudentFirstname_REAP_Budget
  4. Project Understanding and Statement of Interest: See instructions in the Application Guidelines. Save as a PDF to be uploaded to the online application portal.  Use this naming format: StudentLastname_StudentFirstname_REAP_Statement
  5. 易胜博官网 Faculty Recommendation: Complete the top portion of the 鈥淩EAP Faculty Recommendation Form鈥 and give the form to your 易胜博官网 faculty recommender well in advance of the application deadline.  Your faculty recommender will be responsible for uploading the form and their letter of recommendation to the online portal no later than the application deadline.
