Kimberly DeRego is the vice provost of enrollment management at the University of Ò×ʤ²©¹ÙÍø (Ò×ʤ²©¹ÙÍø), where she oversees enrollment marketing, student recruitment, admissions, student financial services and enrollment data analytics. Since joining Ò×ʤ²©¹ÙÍø in 2015, she has led initiatives in enrollment management across the Durham and Manchester campuses, successfully integrating cross-functional teams to enhance international student recruitment, implementing technological advancements, and driving data-informed decision making. Her leadership has been pivotal in improving the prospective student experience, with a focus on delivering streamlined and personalized services for applicants and their families.
Prior to her current role, DeRego served as associate vice provost for enrollment management and marketing at Ò×ʤ²©¹ÙÍø Manchester. She also held a leadership position at SIT Graduate Institute. DeRego is well versed in strategic enrollment management and has successfully led strategic enrollment planning initiatives in at Ò×ʤ²©¹ÙÍø and Ò×ʤ²©¹ÙÍø Manchester. DeRego holds a bachelor's degree in history from Santa Clara University and a master's in international relations from American University.
